Khazanah Nasional Berhad,  has consistently sought to nurture Malaysia’s next generation of leaders. The Khazanah Graduate Trainee Programme (KGTP) is a structured 12-month programme designed to offer high-potential graduates a dynamic and rewarding start to their careers.

Trainees will gain valuable exposure across diverse functions, industries and sectors within a fast-paced and mission-driven environment. The programme is built to challenge, inspire and equip individuals with the critical skills and experience required to contribute meaningfully to nation-building.

  • Fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.0, Second Class Upper or WAM score of 70% and above
