Khazanah Nasional Berhad,  has consistently sought to nurture Malaysia’s next generation of leaders. The Khazanah Graduate Trainee Programme (KGTP) is a structured 12-month programme designed to offer high-potential graduates a dynamic and rewarding start to their careers.

Trainees will gain valuable exposure across diverse functions, industries and sectors within a fast-paced and mission-driven environment. The programme is built to challenge, inspire and equip individuals with the critical skills and experience required to contribute meaningfully to nation-building.

The programme is offered in two tracks, allowing candidates to pursue a path that aligns with their interests and aspirations:

Graduate Trainee Programme

Investments (GTP-I)

  • For individuals who are passionate about investment and capital markets
  • Prepares trainees for a career as an Investments Analyst, offering hands-on experience in developing and implementing investment strategies across multiple asset classes and sectors
  • Trainees will also be involved in value creation initiatives for Khazanah’s portfolio companies
  • We welcome determined, intellectually curious and collaborative individuals who are eager to build strong financial, analytical and strategic thinking skills

Graduate Trainee Programme

Khazanah (GTP-K)

  • For individuals interested in critical functions beyond investments
  • Offers broad-based training and exposure across key areas such as Digital & Technology, Legal, Strategic Human Capital, Strategy, Research and Governance, Risk & Compliance
  • Open to graduates from any discipline, this track is ideal for those with a passion for problem-solving, strong numeracy skills and a desire to engage with diverse stakeholder

Who Should Apply?

  • Fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.0, Second Class Upper or WAM score of 70% and above
