K-Youth Development Programme (K-Youth)
Khazanah remains committed to initiatives that enhance youth employability in Malaysia.
As part of our commitment to developing Malaysia’s talent pool, Khazanah continues to champion initiatives that enhance youth employability. Through programmes such as GREEN, GEMS, SL1M and MySTEP, we have helped train and open pathways to employment for over 43,000 young individuals across the country.
In 2023, we introduced the Khazanah Youth Development Programme (K-Youth), an initiative aimed at nurturing the next generation of talent. K-Youth is designed to equip young Malaysians with commercially relevant skills and real-world experience, increasing their employability in today’s evolving job market.
The programme offers three distinct tracks to cater to different growth paths:
Accelerate
A short-term, flexible programme that fast-tracks unemployed youth into industry-ready professionals.
Nurture
A longer-term programme that equips university students with early exposure to real-world work experience and industry certification.
GIFT
An industry-driven programme focused on hands-on learning and future-ready skills to accelerate youth employability.
